Piccadilly are looking for a Technical Programme Test Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects in complex environments. We need like-minded individuals, who are motivated to help grow our business by cultivating new and existing client relationships. The Technical Programme Test Manager is the most senior delivery role and is responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of test delivery within the Team which is measured through Delivery and Service metrics and CSL’s
+ This role works closely with the Test Architect to define and implement engineering disciplines including Dev Ops, Agile, Continuous Deployment and Release Automation process and tooling
+ The role also works closely with the Senior Test Engineers to define Release and Sprint level Test Strategies that maximise engineering practices and tooling use
+ Mentoring and coaching is an equally important responsibility within the team to support understanding and adoption of all engineering aspects of the Strategy
+ Responsible for working with the Test Architect to produce Test Strategy
+ Responsible for working with the Client Test Architect in transitioning and implementing the Integration Services model
+ Responsible for leading Test Delivery of the work backlog
+ Responsible for working with the Technical Team Leads to define the Non-Functional Test Strategy
+ Responsible for conformance to Delivery and Service Level metrics and CSL’s
+ Responsible for Innovation and implementation of lessons learned, continuous process improvements including CTD, ARD, Automation, Agile, DevOps
+ Responsible for coaching and advising team members on release and sprint level strategy
+ Support and manage the delivery of a variety of client technology projects
+ Actively cultivate client relationships, acting as an ambassador for our brand and values.
Skills and Expertise
+ A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Test Architect and or a Non-Functional Senior Test Manager
+ Extensive experience in designing and delivering Test Strategies for complex programmes
+ Extensive domain and technical knowledge in Dev Ops and Engineering practices and principles including but not limited to Agile, Continuous Deployment and Release Automation
+ Experience of technical testing using Open Source tools
+ Experience in people management and mentoring and coaching of test teams
+ Large-scale test delivery capabilities with experience in directly managing distributed teams, building client relationships and delivering successful outcomes
+ Extensive experience in senior stakeholder and third-party management
+ Strong understanding of market trends, dynamics and enabling technologies
+ Ability to balance day-to-day client delivery and new business development
