Job Description

Piccadilly are looking for principal consultants with a strong track record of delivering projects in complex environments. We need like-minded individuals, who are motivated to help grow our business by cultivating new and existing client relationships. We are looking for next-generation ideas, and a focus on disrupting and redefining the test, technology and business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support and manage the delivery of a variety of client technology projects

+  Actively cultivate client relationships, acting as an ambassador for our brand and values.

Subject matter expertise, and at least two completed projects in one of the following disciplines:

+ Test Management – including both project-focused implementations, and best-practice emerging techniques for agile product development.

+ Project / Change Management – experience of managing change across a large business or technology team.

+ Data Management – experience of big data techniques and architectures

+ Release Management & Implementation – experience of managing the technical aspects of change delivery

Skills and Expertise

+ Excellent stakeholder management skills. Candidates must be able to articulately present concepts to senior management with a high focus on quality and accuracy, and whilst under pressure.

+ Strong track record in complex project environments

+ Strong understanding of market trends, dynamics and enabling technologies

+ Ability to balance day-to-day client delivery and new business development

+ Direct and matrix management skills in at least one role

+  UK and global travel is required
