L2 Customer Success / Application Support

Barcelona, Spain

This role is for a technical customer success and application support engineer to support our core product - neuro. The role is Barcelona-based, but can be at least partially remote.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with UK and global clients as part of a team helping use our product to transform their software development

  • Test internal products working closely with our core development team

  • Be creative and willing to try new things and innovate.

  • Prioritise self-development

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:

  • Worked in a fast-paced environment

  • Have technical customer or application support experience

  • Have 1+ year professional programming experience, preferably in python, bash, or Java.

  • Experience working with web services via REST

  • Nice to have: AWS, linux, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Kibana

What is required:

  • Strong ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal

  • An enthusiasm for data and troubleshooting!

  • The ability to work on projects remotely, across cultures and geographies
